[NCNCA] Registration for Pescadero Road Race now Open

Thanks for the update Bruce.  Does the race have a website other than
sportsbaseonline's ?

As a reminder to promoters, please do make an effort to notify the
webmaster at ncnca.org so we can verify your ad (as required by the uscf)
and update the calendar before advertising the race to the public.
