[NCNCA] NCNCA District Track/ Elite Nationals Qualifiers this weekend

with the road season just about over I wanted to point out the opportunity 
to race on the track this weekend.  The NCNCA District Track Championships/ 
Elite National Qualifiers will be held on Saturday and Sunday in San Jose.
