[NCNCA] 2007 Licenses

Just a reminder that starting tomorrow, Nov 1st you can renew your  
racing license for 2007 or buy a new license that will be good from  
now till the end of 2007. Since the USAC office tends to get swamped  
in Jan, Feb, March and April it is a good idea to renew your license  
early, especially if you want to do some of the early season classics.

I strongly suggest that people buy or renew their license online at  
the USAC web site < http://www.usacycling.org/> If you buy or renew  
your license at a early season race you could be waiting several  
months before you actually get your license. By buying online you  
tend to get your new license within a week.
