[NCNCA] TEAM CS Masters Racing Development Team Now Forming

Hello NCNCA readers. TEAM CS is a new Northern California based 

masters-level development racing team. 2007 will be our inaugural 

season and we're recruiting members. The mission of TEAM CS is to 

encourage and support avid cyclists 35 years of age and older. The 

objective of Team CS is to develop competitive skills, teach racing 

strategy and tactics and foster team camaraderie. We use the latest in 

web technology to train and communicate including blogs, web sites and 

both personalized and team-level coaching. We have twice-weekly 

structured training rides focusing on training specifics with the 

object of increasing each team member's fitness and helping him achieve 

his racing goals. The Team is forming now so that we can use the "off" 

season to prepare for next year. In summary this is what TEAM CS 

offers:

1. Weekly team training rides.

2. Quarterly team training clinics.

3. Full racing schedule.

4. Team blog, updated daily with race reports, training reports, tips,

strategies and tactics.

7. On-line self-coaching training programs. (small monthly fee required)

TEAM CS is based in Marin County, California but will function 

throughout the NCNCA territory.
