[NCNCA] A word of caution

As Jan pointed out it isn't a problem of your club hasn't renewed for
2007 yet. USAC recently moved to some new servers and since then I
have noticed some minor computer problems. I suspect the move to new
servers is causing the problems with some people's licenses. As it
says on the card your license comes attached to you have 30 days to
contact USAC and get your license reissued if there is a mistake on
your license. it is probably best to call the main USAC number at
719-866-4581 with this kind of problem.
