Joe,
If the club was registered in 06, than that should not be the case. We
usually give the clubs a grace period into the New Year before your license
would come back as unattached.

Subject: [NCNCA] a word of caution

To all; As was suggested I renewed my racing license early to beat
the rush. It came back "unattached" instead of with a club name. It
was explained to me that my club had not been registered with USA
Cycling hence the "unattached" label. A word of caution. Before
renewing your license for 2007 make sure your club has been
registered. Otherwise you will have to resubmit your work. Thanks for
reading. Joe Fineman
