[NCNCA] Livermore Hills Road Race

The Valley Spokesmen Racing Team will be unable to promote the Livermore Hills Road Race this year. We tried to secure the venue, but due to safety concerns, residents oppositions, and other obstacles we have no choice but to cancel the race. This has been the Women Cat 4 Road Race Championship as well as the Juniors Boys and Girls Road Race Championships (except boys 17-18) the last few years. We hope some other team(s) will be able to step up and host the Women's 4 and Juniors Road Race Championship races at their venue.
