[NCNCA] Need Replacement for Livermore Hills

Don't take the check to the bank yet, but I will look into Team EMC/Vellum Cycles picking this up.

I think it is important for our sport to keep this race on the calendar, it would be a shame to see it go.

We may need help from another team. It's not a money maker, so do it to be in service and give something back.

Just found out today that the Livermore Hills race will not be  
happening next year. This means we will need a replacement event(s)  
for the Cat 4 women's RR championship and the RR championships for  
younger juniors. Anyone interested in hosting either of both of these  
championships should come to the scheduling meeting on Monday night.
