[NCNCA] Fort Ord back on Dist RR back at Fort Ord

OK Robert Leibold just found out that the planed controlled burn at  
Fort Ord scheduled for next weekend has been cancelled. This means  
that we have a 10.5 mile loop, with a short section of two way race  
traffic, that we can use for the race. The decision has been make to  
hold the Fort Ord race as scheduled and keep the championships at  
Fort Ord.

Sorry for the confusion but there shouldn't be any more changes re  
Fort Ord now.
