[NCNCA] San Rafael reg open and going strong, prizelist posted!

As promised, registration opened last week for Carrera de San Rafael
(Sat Sept 9) at www.carrerasanrafael.com

The masters 4/5 race will fill up pretty quick--we've already reached
about 20% of our total and haven't even made an announcement about reg
opening, until now. Don't procrastinate on this category.

We apologize in advance for not offering every category a chance to
race--our time downtown is limited, and we'll rotate in or grow the
schedule next year.

Also stay tuned for a significant post-race function in downtown!
