[NCNCA] NO Friday Night Racing @ Hellyer this week

NO Friday Night Racing this week. Lighting at Hellyer Velodrome was 
vandalized. All wires  were cut and stolen.

The NCVA Board is meeting tonight and one of the topics on the agenda 
will be race options for the remainder of the season. If you have any 
thoughts or comments, please send them to a Board member today. All
