All,

There is no racing this Friday becuase it's not possible to get
all the racing in before it gets dark. I know many of you want
to train so I'll run a training session.

  The gates open at 5:30 - warm-up 6, timed events 6:30
to 8. We gotta be off the track when it starts to get dark...for
  obvious reasons.

We'll do pace line warm-ups. Jumps for those of you who do them.
Teach jumps to those of you who don't use them yet :-).

I'll use this as the bases and when possible work in other requests:
  - warm-up
  - 200's
  - flying one laps
  - 2K's
  - standing one laps
  - 500's
  - kilos
  - 3 or 4K's or other distances as requested

Ideas or requests are welcomed. Email me ideas requests.
I will likely do something like this until the Friday Series
  is running again.

  Cheers,
  Linelle

NO Friday Night Racing this week. Lighting at Hellyer Velodrome was
vandalized. All wires were cut and stolen.
