...which only covers 90+% of the computers out there.  Sounds like a
real deal breaker!  The other 10% can emulate Windows with VirtualPC
or VMware, so really that's 100% coverage.

As opposed to paying a very large upfront fee for a new, untested
system, to be ready at some unspecified time in the future?  I really
can't see why you would rule out this *proven* solution.  Written by
an individual?  Used to work for Microsoft?  Is that really the
problem?
