[NCNCA] re NCNCA Proposed BAR/BAT changes

  As an all-women's team, Velo Girls was a big fan of the BAT category system.  Because women's-only teams have significantly fewer categories in which to compete, the overal BAT is skewed against them.  For example, on a given day, there may be only two women's races while there might be 6 or 7 men's races.  This gives the women far fewer opportunities to earn BAT points.  When seeking sponsors, it's great to earn bragging rights for a few little things like BAT.  It would be a shame to see the category BAT eliminated.  I'll also be at the NCNCA meeting and will happily endorse your proposal, Ken.
