[NCNCA] Challenge RR W3/4 promenade?

This is addressed to any officials who will be at the Challenge RR  
this Saturday. I rode over the course and am very concerned about the  
pothole section in the first few miles of Oregon Hill (just at the  
beginning, not the section just before Marysville Rd) -- particularly  
the downhill section. I can see bikes and bodies flying all over in  
the W3/4 race. Are there any plans to neutralize the race through the  
first few miles until the road smoothes out? Might be a good idea.
