[NCNCA] Fall Thursday Night Track Racing postponed

We've had a great year of track racing and training in San Jose this year 
and I hope the action continues through Nor Cal Track Champs/ Elite 
Qualifers and onto Elite Nationals (Oct 4-7).

Unfortunately, due to the lights being inoperable I need to postpone the 
Fall Thursday Night Points Races that were originally planned for Aug. 31, 
Sept. 7, 14, 21 and 28.

Please note that there are many other opportunities to train at the track 
during the daylight and you are always encouraged to work really hard in a 
criterium or road race instead of sitting in and waiting for the sprint (he 
he).

When the lights come back on I will send out a note... it will probably 
include racing and training at night in a safe and well lit area, with 
plenty of opportunities to attack your friends, score points, and drink 
beers afterwards.
