[NCNCA] NCVA Night Track Racing postponed

An additional point about the track and its issues surrounding the wire 
theft:
Two board meetings ago, before the wire theft, the board of directors 
approved acceptance of a bid to install a modern, permanent, sound and PA 
system at the track.  (Thanks go to Kevin Worley for pursuing and presenting 
the bid package.)
However, the lack of electrical power since the attack by the wire thieves 
makes installation moot and testing immpossible so the install was postponed 
until power is restored.

At this point, I have rather negative inclinations around metal recyclers.
